Cancellations or making changes an order which has already been placed:

Because we process and ship orders very quickly, the window of time for cancellations and making changes once an order has been placed is very small. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order which has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to meet your needs. If your order has already been shipped, we will instruct you on how to proceed. You may incur return shipping costs if you decide to cancel an order after it is shipped.

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services! If you find there are any problems with your order, please contact us by phone or email immediately to discuss obtaining a Return Authorization (no returns will be accepted or refunds issued without Return Authorization). Upon approval, you will be issued either a store credit or a refund to your method of payment, as well as shipping instructions for any items that are to be returned.
